HOW WE WORK

What matters is the result.

You tell us what is needed. We agree on the scope and deliver what was agreed.

Send a request

A requirements document helps, but it is not a prerequisite.

A few sentences are enough to start: which system, what it should do in future, whether there is a deadline. If you have a requirements document or other material, we work with it.

How a project runs

  1. 01 Your request

You contact us by phone, email or the form and describe your project. We clarify goals, requirements, existing systems and technical constraints.

  2. 02 Statement of work

We record your requirements in a statement of work (SOW). Where relevant, it covers:

    STATEMENT OF WORK

    • Features
    • System environment
    • Interfaces
    • Data formats
    • Security requirements
    • Your contribution
    • Assumptions and exclusions
    • Deliverables
    • Acceptance criteria
  3. 03 Quote

Based on the statement of work, you receive a quote. You can review it at your own pace and decide freely. Work starts only once you agree.

  4. 04 Implementation and testing

The development team delivers the work. Before handover, we check the results against the acceptance criteria, including any agreed security checks. Gabryll Escarciga is responsible for their final assessment.

  5. 05 Handover

Seovantis hands over the agreed results and documents.

What you receive at the end

  • The finished result
  • Source code
  • Installation guide and technical documentation
  • Where agreed: test report, test documentation or test tools

Price and billing

Based on the statement of work, we give you a fixed price for the described scope before work begins. If the scope is open, we bill by effort. We agree any additional effort with you in advance.
