Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to Section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and Section 19 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG). Under Sections 8 to 10 TMG (Sections 4 to 8 DDG), however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored by us, or to investigate circumstances that point to unlawful activity.
