OPC UA · MQTT · 3D in the browser
From the machine to the dashboard: your plant data in the browser.
We capture your machine data via OPC UA or MQTT and deliver a dashboard, 3D view or digital twin with source code. We also build product configurators for the browser. Your machine controls remain unchanged.
The path of your data
- YOUR PLANTMachine and controller
- INTERFACEOPC UA or MQTT
- BY SEOVANTISData capture and storage
- BY SEOVANTISDashboard, 3D view or digital twin
Seovantis carries out the agreed development steps from the defined interface onwards.
Possible results
Dashboard
Key figures from several machines, with time series and limit values.
3D view and configurator
Interactive 3D view in the browser with variant selection, no installation needed.
Digital twin
A 3D model of your plant that maps live data to the relevant assets.
Which interfaces the machines need
Many current controllers support OPC UA and MQTT directly. We check other protocols, such as Modbus TCP, before work begins.
How the result is measured
Acceptance is given when the agreed values are fully and correctly processed and displayed. Testing uses recorded machine data that is replayed. For 3D views, devices and performance values, such as the frame rate, are defined in advance.
EXAMPLE · DIGITAL TWIN OF A PRODUCTION LINE
What a project can look like
- Your input
- CAD data of the line, a description of the OPC UA interface and one week of recorded machine data.
- Result
- Shift supervisors see each machine’s status in the browser and spot line stoppages.
Illustrative example of a possible project.
ALREADY DELIVERED · FROM OUR PARTNER NETWORK
The team of today’s Honeyjam Inc. delivered a digital twin for HFR’s buildings and sites, with asset placement, alarm and event monitoring and a site map.
Frequently asked questions
- How can machine data be captured?
- Via the controller’s interface, usually OPC UA or MQTT.
- Will the controller be modified?
- Access is read-only. The machine and controller remain unchanged.
- Where is the data stored?
- In your environment, on your servers or with your hosting provider.
- Which 3D data is needed?
- 3D models or CAD data of your product or plant. We agree on the right format in advance.
- Is this standard software?
- The application is developed specifically for your plant.
